NMPD Poster

NMPD Poster

Posters were created to announce the NMPD (New Media Production & Design) during class. The purpose was to make three posters each using colours, repetition, and lines. The description of the work is as follows.

Colours - Grey and red, which are indifferent and contrasting feeling colours, are used. Grey colour makes you think it is an achromatic colour and red catches your eyes with strong colours. it gives us a more eye-catching effect when these two colours meet.

Repetition - Repeated writing gives the impression that patterns and three-dimensional space were created. By using a black background, there is no object inside the poster that can inform space other than writing, so the handwriting is more eye-catching.

Line - In this era of preferring comfortable and simple things, trends have been applied to make people feel comfortable. By using one of the trends, 'contour drawing', drew a figure of a woman, and the colour of the poster also chose a cozy pastel family to give a familiar and comfortable feeling.
